Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality gyros (chicken and lamb), shawarmas (chicken and lamb), rice platters, kabobs, salads, sauces, and hot chicken sandwiches, etc
Counter Server
Greet customers with a warm and friendly manner.
Assist customers in understanding the menu and making recommendations.
Efficiently process customer orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring a tidy and appealing appearance.
Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene guidelines.
