POSITION:
Restaurant General Manager
SUMMARY:
The Restaurant General Manager is the essence of the establishment and the driver of productivity and enthusiasm. It is not just being responsible for the management of day to day functions, but providing excellent customer service, motivating your team and aspiring to meet/exceed department requirements and standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
P&L Responsibility
Developing, implementing and maintaining service standards
Ensuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner
Interacting with guests to ensure a positive, memorable experience
Leading daily pre-meal meetings
Completing daily shift reports and financials
Contribute to plan and implement sales growth, customer retention and product/menu development
Manage and control expenditure within agreed budget
Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in relevant markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory and official bodies
Supervising, scheduling, hiring and training of all restaurant employees
Order and oversee inventory for FOH and BOH
Completing closing paperwork and ensuring adherence to all liquor laws
This is a salary position with full benefits and 401k available
