We are searching for an exceptional General Manager to lead daily operations of our growing fast casual concept. We are looking for a strong detail oriented individual who leads by example and has a passion for training, coaching and consistently performing at the highest level.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
2-3+ years experience managing a successful fast casual restaurant
Must have a solid grasp of food preparation, production and expediting on the line
Must have FOH and BOH operating and leadership experience
Experience working with third-party delivery companies
Positive, entrepreneurial, customer-centric attitude
Passion for food and making people happy
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Lead daily operations, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded
Excel in working all positions with the restaurant, including prepping food,, working and expediting on the line
assisting customers and managing the floor
Hire, train, schedule and develop employees on an ongoing basis
Maintain "A" rating with the NYC Department of Health
Experience with full P&L responsibility inclusive of Budgeting, COGS, and Labor
Must have full availability, including weekends
Must possess a New York State Food Handler's license
Bachelor degree not required, but preferred
Ideally able to communicate in English and Spanish
Compensation package is competitive, with significant room for career advancement.
