About the Position
We’re a fast-growing e-commerce business selling high-volume items online from our warehouse in Bellmawr NJ. We’re looking for a reliable, disciplined individual to join our fulfillment and warehouse operations team.

This position involves daily order fulfillment — preparing, packing, and shipping sold items (mostly small items mailed in envelopes) — along with general warehouse upkeep and supporting our main shipping office.
Responsibilities
Fulfill customer orders by accurately packing and labeling items for shipment.
Stuff envelopes and prepare packages for USPS pickups.
Keep warehouse neat, clean, and organized throughout the day.
Break down boxes, take out trash, and manage recycling.
Restock and maintain shipping supplies and materials.
Assist team members in the main shipping office when needed.
Follow established daily routines to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Requirements
Reliable transportation – must be able to commute to our Belmar warehouse daily.
Drug-free and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Physically able to stand, move, and lift light boxes during shifts.
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
Punctual, motivated, and takes pride in maintaining a clean workspace.
Ideal for someone retired, ex-military, or anyone who values structure and discipline.
Spanish-speaking a plus – bilingual team members encouraged to apply.
Schedule & Pay
Part-Time position (approximately 20–25 hours per week).
$18.50/hour starting pay.
Opportunity for additional hours or advancement based on performance.
