Law office in Cherry Hill, is seeking a full time, Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3 years experience. Experience with litigation, collections and real estate is preferred. Ideally, the paralegal should have sufficient skills to handle the preparation, maintaining and filing of pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas and trial binders. Responsibilities include drafting of letters and legal documents, drafting pleadings, motions and discovery as well as interacting with clients and court personnel. The applicant should be knowledgeable in all facets of Microsoft Office including word, excel and power point. Experience and knowledge of Quickbooks is also preferable. Candidate should also be exceptionally well organized, detail oriented, and self directed. A positive attitude and the ability to multi-task is preferable.
