Job Description
As a Warehouse Returns Associate you must be a dependable individual who can work collaboratively with other departments.
Job Responsibilities
Receive inbound shipments
Inspect all returns
Document information about returns for crediting purposes
Disposition write ups for products that cannot be given credit
Generate transfer sheets for returns going back to inventory
Repacking products
Assist in picking and packing
Assist warehouse with overflow of orders
Unload shipping containers
Job Requirements
Basic computer knowledge is required
Flexible and able to work overtime hours
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds using proper safety methods
Physical activity to include standing and walking up to 8 – 12 hours with scheduled breaks
