We're looking for LEAD GENERATORS to make Business to Business (B2B) cold calls in order to qualify and develop business sales-leads for our clients.

Our business clients and partners hire MarketReach to call sales prospects on their behalf, with the goal of setting up meetings between our clients' salespeople and those prospects who by our efforts are determined to be pre-qualified and pre-interested. MarketReach serves as an extension of our clients' sales and marketing teams.
Skills: good personality and conversationalist - you know how to naturally build rapport with people, are well-spoken, upbeat, determined, and diligent, with reasonable computer knowledge to call businesses via outbound phone work.
Experience is a plus though we are happy to train the right applicant. Quick opportunities for pay-raises in the first 1-3 months, and advancement within the first year. We are looking to promote to a Client Relations Manager or Business Development Leader from within (both inside roles, little to no travel required). Casual dress, great small-office camaraderie. No evenings, holidays, weekends. Health benefits company contribution + Retirement plan with company match. Varied client lead-generation projects. You will be exposed to and learn advanced sales techniques that will enrich your overall repertoire.
All above average call team members make $15 - $18 hourly with competitive wage, bonuses and commission. Starting rate is NEGOTIABLE.
