Looking for a qualified part-time youth athletic performance trainer. This position will involve the positive engagement and coaching of mostly young 'female' athletes between the ages of 9 and 18.
Areas of athletic development training will focus on:
- Game speed for sport
- Agility (multi-directional movement)
- Functional Strength
- Power Development (plyometrics, olympic lifting, etc)
- Confidence Building (mental and emotional)
