Updating, repairing, maintaining, renovating and/or remodeling single family houses.
General and finish Carpentry, repairs, framing, installing molding, installing doors, drywall, installing laminate/vinyl plank flooring, light plumbing and electrical and other construction skills to help renovate/update/repair/maintain homes.
General exterior repairs: Roofing, siding, Trim, windows, doors, etc.
