✅ What You’ll Do:
Lead crews on residential and commercial landscaping projects
Install plants, sod, patios, pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Perform final quality checks on job sites
Communicate with customers and represent our company professionally
Ensure safety and efficiency on all job sites
✅ What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of landscaping experience (at least 1 year in a leadership role)
Strong knowledge of both hardscape and softscape work
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (required)
Able to read site plans and lead a small crew
Attention to detail is a must – you’re the last line before final delivery
Friendly, professional, and reliable – you’ll be the face of the company on site
Background checks will be performed
Bonus if you have:
CDL or heavy equipment experience
Irrigation installation skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
