- Primary Services/Technologies: SQL, Tableau, AWS, Redshift, Python Relevant Experience (Yrs) : 8-10 Years Technical/Functional Skills : Strong analytical, problem determination and resolution skills.
- Good understanding of data warehousing, Large-scale data management issues and concepts.
- Good understanding of physical database design, production support requirements, cloud security
- Good experience of Data Analytics & Reporting and Modernization projects
- Strong development experience in SQL, Tableau, AWS Redshift, Python, Glue, Lambda, Code pipeline, code build, cloud formation
- Strong hands-on experience on performance tuning of queries to work appropriately with databases. Understanding of the various performance tuning levers to use.
- Pharma domain experience is preferred (Managed Markets, Sales Reporting etc)
- Experience of reading and analyzing the system performance of Database and ability to relate it to ongoing processes and identify problems due to inefficient query/job design
- Good interpersonal organizational and people communication skills, as well as solid writing and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to prepare, present oral and written reports, presentations, and recommendations and to perform necessary research or investigations
- Ability to accept high level assignments and work with limited supervision and guidance
- Excellent work history and attendance record
- Safe Agile, ITIL processes Experience Required:
- 4+ years of development experience in SQL and Tableau
- 4+ years of development experience in AWS SQL and AWS Developer Certification
- Requirement gathering, analyzing, converting them into technical requirements, high/low level design, development
- User Stories estimation, assignment to offshore, offshore work review
- Fast paced POCs and Pilots
- Performance optimization - Reviewing complex queries and performance tuning and analyzing the resource usage for the same
- Coordinate with customer's Product Owner, Technical SME and Architect Drive technical discussions with customer stakeholders
- Ensure delivery timelines, risk identification
- Support of various strategic application development initiatives.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for the development Generic Managerial
- Able to plan/track tasks/activities Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
- Bachelor's Degree or master's degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field
