REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:· Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.· Ability to effectively understand complex Active Directory environments and work with different teams to navigate the migration strategies.· Ability to manage Client queues and have understanding of queue manager responsibilities· Strong interpersonal skills, especially regarding:o Teamwork and collaborationo Client focuso Verbal and written communication· Knowledge of Cell Therapy Facility (CTF) IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Networks, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.· Knowledge of cGMP, GXP, GAMP, SDLC regulations, including 21CFR part 11, and good documentation practices.· Knowledge of pharmaceutical, manufacturing and laboratory systems and equipment that support Biologics and clinical manufacturing.· Strong technical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.· Demonstrated success working in a high-performing, business results-driven environment.· Knowledge of Cybersecurity, patching and IT Life Cycle Management (LCM).· Understanding of computer system validation.

Education and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or MIS discipline or commensurate experience.· Minimum 7 years of hands on experience in complex active directory environments.· Must have experience in migration of domains.· Must have Client experience· Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing domains and supporting technology including manufacturing and supply chain ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP).· Working knowledge of regulatory requirements and how they relate to existing and new business systems and practices, primarily GxP.· Sound understanding of a Cell Therapy manufacturing facility IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Networks, Servers, HMIs, Printers, Scanners, Switches, Firewall rules, Domains, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Manage the Active Directory requirements across IT shared landscape across the Cell Therapy site IT systems like Printers (connected to Manufacturing Network only), Switches, WiFi, Laptops, IT Architecture and IT Infrastructure including Network, Servers, HMIs etc.· Maintain the computer and user accounts for different applications (with local domains)· Manage the Client queue; in queue manager capacity and route them to right queues· Own the local Active Directory instances and work with Shared IT departments to implement patches and remediate any vulnerabilities.· Work with Cyber security teams to maintain the AD requirements for all equipment and software in manufacturing facility.· Monitor, track and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure.· Own the Disaster Recovery of local computerized systems and be the main POC during P1 and P2 ServiceNow tickets· Front Line of support for any Infrastructure related outages and outage planning.· Maintain IT spares and inventory. 7+ years with Active Directory 5+ years with ADCS 5+ years with Service Now 7+ years with Windows servers
