- Must have experience in providing training to site administrators, managers and new users.
- Experience with defining, developing and deploying criteria based curricula and user groups.
- Experience with IT Validation testing on LMS enhancements, system updates, CBT and SCORM uploads.
- Must have extensive trouble shooting expertise, especially with below:
- User lockouts.
- Assignments not being received
- Reports not displaying expected results.
- Experience with creating SOPs.
- Experience with Compliance wire Veeva connector and other system integrations.
- Must support internal and external system Audits.
