MANUFACTURING SCHEDULER - PRODUCTION OPERATIONS SUMMIT, NJ Onsite position. Work Schedule: 2nd shift. Back end of the week: Wednesday-Saturday, 3pm-1:30am . Required Skills:
- BS Degree in Business Administration.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to translate objectives into actions in support of company goals.
- Scheduling Experience preferred.
- This position supports Manufacturing Operations within Cell Therapy.
- Prepares and monitors the manufacturing schedule for assigned areas.
- Personnel scheduling.
- Training scheduling.
- Ensure scheduling is aligned with manufacturing.
- Media transfer with HABs considerations.
- Incubator management.
- Cross shift coverage.
