- Expert in end-to-end Supply chain process implementation in large scale pharma company
- Demonstrate excellent technical skill in MM, WM, LE, SD and QM and understand the Supply chain Global template.
- Must have experience in Global rollout implementation and ability to implement complex supply chain process in Pharma industry in different countries.
- Participate in requirements gathering discussions with client. Clearly document the business requirements and perform fit gap analysis independently.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate functional solutions while assessing feasibility and optimization of the solution.
- Develop and maintain working relationship with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss and explain complex solutions.
- Document functional specifications based on business requirements.
- Develop and execute proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Identify, document and perform functional testing to ensure completeness and accuracy of the solution.
- Design and develop the interface between SAP and NON-SAP system
- Support design and implementation for 3PL interface as per Global template.
- Support master data and transactional data Migration activities
- Experience in providing production support to the client business.
- Experience in GxP process documentation.
- Status reporting to release Manager and Global supply chain Lead
- Manage and Groom Global team and ensure the delivery on time.
