- This position supports Manufacturing Operations within Cell Therapy.
- Prepares and monitors the manufacturing schedule for assigned areas.
- Personnel scheduling.
- Training scheduling.
- Ensure scheduling is aligned with manufacturing.
- Media transfer with HABs considerations.
- Incubator management.
- Cross shift coverage.
- BS Degree in Business Administration.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Knowledge in Scheduling Processes / Software.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels across the organization.
- Ability to translate objectives into actions in support of company goals.
