Job Title: Business Process Consultant Location: Remote Job Description:- Work you'll do Work directly with clients to understand process goals, functional and technical requirements. Reengineer processes into more technical and efficient procedures to effect improvements in business objectives.
- Conduct assessments of client current processes, reports and procedures
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define customer needs in technical and business contexts
- Analyze business process, articulate, and implement recommended improvements
- Elicit and document user requirements to meet a business objective
- Manage technical and functional requirements to craft a future state process
- Set customer expectations on feasibility of future state process requirements
- Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and conduct and change management requirements for the business to conduct the updated process
- Bachelor's Degree with some specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related degree
- 5+ years of full-time work experience
- Business Process Management and Notation (BPM) experience
- Workflow experience
- Ability to express complex technical and business concepts to all management levels, peers, and the business units
- Create functional requirements for technical development.
