Job Title: Desktop Support Location: Campbell, CARole Specific Responsibilities Include:Job Purpose:
- Providing 1st/2nd level IT support for users remotely and onsite at designated sites, working with 3rd level teams where necessary for timely resolution of incidents and fulfilment of requests.
- Assist end users in engaging with the ServiceDesk
- Complete onboarding and Offboarding IT actions
- Providing IT project support as required by the business.
- Stock control & inventory
- Maintain internal user guides, guidance notes and technical documents
- Provide vacation / holiday coverage to other in region liaisons
- 5+ years of experience in Deskside support role or similar
- Experience of working independently
- Management of senior stakeholders
- Laptops and desktop hardware
- Mobile device hardware (Iphone)
- Windows 10 OS
- MS Office suite
- Active Directory, inc Azure
- Intune

- Laptop builds using SCCM Deployments
