Below are details mentioned, if interested please share your updated resume.Role: Scrum Manager with SAP Location: Remote (Some travel will be required to client location in Atlanta, GA for which travel expenses will be covered by client.)Hiring Mode: ContractNote: We need a senior level candidate with good experience on SAP.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Agile Leader in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for Release Train Engineer and/or SAFe for Scrum Master to lead a large, complex SAP S/4HANA upgrade from ECC utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will be leading a work-stream as a Scrum Master, and also teaming with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) assist with Program Increment (PI) planning.The Agile leader will also work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to develop the Processes and Tools for metrics & reporting, the cadence, and structure of managing programs in SAFe.Position Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching and mentoring Agile Teams
- Working with Client Leadership to assist with Program Increment Planning
- Working with PMO to develop flow based metrics
- Experienced with Software Development reporting and flow tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Mentoring and Coaching team members in SAFe principles and practices
- Establishing and tracking capacity and velocity and limiting Work in Process (WIP)
- Leading and coaching all Agile ceremonies (Daily Standup, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives)
- 2+ years' experience leading Agile Teams
- Active Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master
- Ability to partner with Agile leaders to establish and improve program reporting and metrics
- Bachelor or Masters' degree from an accredited course of study
- 4+ years' experience leading Agile teams
- Experienced in planning, coordinating and leading PI Planning
- Active Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer
