This position reports to the State.

DescriptionThis position is responsible for delivery of projects for NJ Department of Medical Assistance and Health Services, Office of Information Systems. This includes interfacing with project management, managing resources assigned to projects, managing project schedules, project status reporting, and managing project budgets. As a project manager, you will be an integral team member working collaboratively with business analysts, engineers, and the client to design and implement identity solutions using a variety of tools and vendor products. You will also grow and develop professionally through these relationships and your exposure to the different complexities of Identity and Access Management (IAM). This position is a senior position requiring IAM experience gained from numerous services and project implementations with technical skills. SailPoint Identity Management experience is a requirement.

Education:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Technical degree or Master’s degree a plus)

Responsibilities:• Ensure that services are provided and implemented correctly in a timely and accurate manner• The Project Manager role is comprehensive and may include:• Understanding the business direction of organizations and creating optimized IAM architectures to meet their business needs• Working with business and system owners to understand and expand user identification, authentication, authorization, and auditing requirements• Participating in requirements gathering for an IAM technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups and aligned with IAM projects• Coordinating and conducting meetings and technical working sessions (TWS) with stakeholders on current state and overall program tasks• Performing an analysis of historical and current requirements to identify and define any design and implementation gaps within the current IAM program, timelines, and deliverables• Contributing to the creation of a project plan and deliverables outline in coordination with key stakeholders and team leadership• Serve aspoint person for issues / escalations and take accountability for remedying any service failures• Provide strategic updates on project implementation to Senior Management. Provide regular status updates to project teams and managers• Creating weekly status reports, organizing meetings, and concisely documenting the progression of the project.• Create technical and project management documentation deliverables• Interacting and communicating with clients

Qualifications:• 5+ Years of Project/Program Management experience• 5+ years supporting IT or engineering related initiatives• Ability to manage cross functional teams• Consummate multi-tasking abilities and great interpersonal skills• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving• Ability to translate business problems, existing processes, and technology into service and process requirements• Prior experience in deployment and implementation of custom applications, especially IAM products such as SailPoint, IBM, CA, Okta, etc.• Demonstrated ability to meet rigid timelines• Ability to communicate effectively with clients• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present documentation and influence decision making• Bachelor's degree or higher• Candidate must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future

Requirements:• Exposure to IAM practitioners and experts; including SailPoint• Industry-adopted project management and security certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP…)• Knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and ITSG• Good grasp of operational, regulatory, and other risks related to the area of Access and Identity Lifecycle Services• Excellent organizational skills• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners• Experience with Project Management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)• Experience managing multiple projects• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory (ADFS), multiple domains and cross-configurationDesired Skills• Exposure to IAM practitioners and experts• Industry-adopted security certifications (e.g. PMP, CISSP)• Knowledge of information security and risk control frameworks such as NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL, and ITSG• Good grasp of operational, regulatory, and other risks related to the area of Access and Identity Lifecycle Services
