- Provide day to day support for the automation and tool building used by the Engineering and Operation groups.
- Provide an escalation point for on call operation personnel when supporting infrastructure issues.
- Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of project work driven by engineering and operations group.
- 3+ Years supporting both cloud and physical datacenter infrastructure.
- 3+ Years supporting Linux servers (Preferably RHEL/Centos).
- 2+ Years of experience with configurations management tools such as Puppet, salt, ansible, etc.
- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Shell, Python, Ruby, etc.
- Proficiency in using and managing CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Github, etc.
- Proficiency in using and supporting development tools such as git, maven, etc.
- Experience with monitoring servers such as Prometheus.
