Experience working on a project where the application/system had been developed and now need to be reviewed for remediation and redesign. Experience in validating WIC / SNAP MIS systems during the development cycleExpertise in analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement via processes or data system enhancements.Experience working with WIC / SNAP business process flow design Prior experience working with documentation processes that include both Agile, Waterfall and other SDLC methodologies.Experience working with Federal government partners.Expertise in creating change requests for programming team and prioritizing requested system enhancements. Experience in ensuring data system vendor is adhering to deliverables specified in a contract. Prepares technically sound, accurate, and informative reports. Maintains essential records, reports and files.
