You will help directors prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check for daily execution and support delivery of the business unit or region objectives, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of reporting. You will also manage a Finance team and may manage a third party team.How you will contributeYou will:Manage aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data integrity for managed scope.

Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.

Partner with the business providing critical financial data and insights to enable directors and wider business perspectives for strategy and decisions.

Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.

Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on the local FP&A pipeline.

You will bring experience and knowledge in:TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including data structuring/validation, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.

BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and local snacking market dynamics. Relevant experience in a regional business.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS including experiences with business partnering and communication across a large regional (or global), public company; experience of working as a finance leader managing a wider finance team and support/act as business to make decisions and drive execution to deliver results.

GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

The Finance Manager, Strategic Projects will lead transformational / special projects within the Supply Chain Finance team with projects spanning across reporting, planning, forecasting, business analysis and review of internal controls/processes.Key responsibilities:Champion various finance projects such as cost optimization initiatives, data digitalization, developing exception-based reporting, as well as process improvement

Partner with finance team and various business owners to scope out project requirements, clearly define project charter/deliverables/project plan and timelines

Conduct financial due diligence and provide analytical oversight, as applicable; ensure compliance with organization’s accounting procedures, while gathering and analyzing data from various sources/systems

Provide project management expertise ranging from project definition to post-execution controls reviews and post-audit; drive change management/adoption and process improvement

Measure project performance using appropriate tools/techniques and monitor progress of projects, identify and quantify any variances, perform required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders

Develop standard processes, guidelines, and setup required for the assigned projects (including but not limited to workflow, reports, and business rules/governance)

Profile:Ability to effectively work under pressure, managing multiple and changing priorities

High level of motivation and energy with desire to ‘roll up sleeves’ moving from the high level to the detail, as necessary

High level of proven analytical ability to mine data, “connect the dots” and translate data into actionable steps to drive improved business performance

Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct, and persuasive manner

Strong technical skills/agility with a variety of systems

Strong project management skills

Demonstrated strong financial, operational, and business acumen, strong achievement, and results orientation.

Qualifications:Bachelor of Science and/or Business degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA/CPA preferred

CPG experience is strongly preferred

Minimum of 10 or more years of experience in FP&A

Self-starter

Strong business acumen, experience with business analysis, financial reporting, project management

Outstanding leadership skills

Extremely systems savvy with exceptional Excel skills

Outstanding analytical mindset with a desire to find the hidden opportunities for cost savings

Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders

Strong influencing and communication skills, and ability to lead informal teams

Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure, managing multiple and changing priorities

Ability to communicate analysis in a clear, succinct and persuasive manner to all levels of the organization
