North Highland is hiring a Functional Lead Consultant to help assist North Highlands IM Strategy Engagement Manager in engagement admin, including status reports (development and review), project planning, etc.; Research and understand our Public Sector Client's program areas; Assist North Highland's PMO engagement team as needed (e.g., requirements development);

What you will need:
  • Experience working with governance chairs to prepare meeting agendas, take notes, prepare and distribute minutes
  • Experience maintaining IT RAID log
  • Strong experience developing and documenting IT governance policies and procedures
  • Experience assisting with the development of governance-related artifacts (e.g., decision briefs, etc.)
  • Skilled helping train and mentor staff with adopting governance practices (help change their culture)
  • Experience assisting with the creation of governance presentation content and materials
  • Skilled working with PMO engagement teams to ensure governance processes and controls align with PMO processes and controls
  • Experience assisting with the definition of IM Strategy Roadmap projects and initiatives, including "mini-charters" for each.
    • Lead the definition of functional, OCM or other non-technical roadmap initiatives.
    • Review and revise deliverable content
  • Experience presenting content to client stakeholders
  • Skilled assisting IM Strategy Engagement Manager and PMO Engagement Manager in monitoring and controlling STW activities
  • Well-Skilled helping to lead functional (business) feasibility assessment of State Agency's, as needed
  • Experience helping guide functional (business) planning efforts for CCWIS solution strategy, procurement solicitation development, etc.
  • Applicable College Degree and/or Certifications
  • Location / on-site requirements: Up to 25% on site; Currently Remote due to COVID protocols
