Complete Description:The IT Contract Specialist works to facilitate the contract process with the IT managers and the corporate contract department. Assists with sourcing and identification of authorized contract vehicles.Acts as a liaison between IT managers, contract staff, and vendorsWorks with requestors to develop scope of work (SOW) and timetable for contractsCoordinates bidding of requested IT goods and services including hardware, software, and professional servicesPrepares procurement packages including vendor quotes, justification memos, and independent cost estimates (ICE)Coordinates the review of proposed contracts with respect to Financial Terms, IP Rights, Indemnification, limits of liability, Risk Assessment, Warranties, Performance Criteria with Problem Resolution Processes, etc. Vendors Agreement, SLA’s, budget requirements, supply chain management automation, vendor management & gove.
