Join us as a Regional Business Manager in our Mid South Region, supporting Central and Eastern North Carolina.Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Regional Business Manager working on the Gastroenterology Rare Disease Sales Team, you will report to the Regional Business Director. You will be empowered to drive product demand in targeted physician offices and key clinics and impact patients' lives.How you will contribute:Meet with targeted HCP's and staff within assigned geography to understand their needs and discuss whether Takeda and Takeda products could meet their identified needs.

Use a consultative selling approach. This will be a technical, solution-oriented selling model allowing the representative to meet the needs of healthcare professionals who treat Short Bowel patients.

Focus efforts on achieving greatest positive patient impact.

Manage a territory marketing and promotional speaker program budget in a manner that is consistent with all Takeda compliance policies.

Share best practices and participate in Regional/National meetings.

Use CRM system to document account profiles, pre and post call activities.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelors' degree – BA/BS

5 + years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales or relevant clinical or industry experience

Experience discussing therapeutic strategies to inform and influence decision makers

Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography

Experience adapting to changing needs, conditions, and work responsibilities

Display an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement

Must be 18 years of age or older with valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

Occasional overnight travel and occasional weekend work at conferences based on business need

Must have authorization to drive a company leased vehicle or rental
