Join 125,000 colleagues who bring our mission to life every single day to enable our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer!How will you make an impact?This role leads Strategy and Program Management within the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry division (CMD, revenue in excess of $3B). You will drive growth, strategic thinking and program management across four business units, R&D and functions. Reporting to the Division President and directing a team of program managers, you will partner closely with the leadership team to define organizational strategy, implement strategic deployment and program management, monitor key metrics, and drive rationalization of priorities.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for crafting an effective team structure, onboarding, engaging and developing high performance teams and talent.

Crafts and updates strategic growth plans and strategy deployment to exceed revenue and EBITA targets. Partners with leadership and serves as a change agent. Leads metrics reviews for the Division.

Identifies, prioritizes, and implements projects and operational savings to achieve strategic plan aspirations. Provides robust Project Management capability and resources.

Analyzes and presents compelling data to identify process complexity and/or improvements while recommending solutions that improve gross margin and satisfy customer requirements. Sets the example of continuous improvement in execution and driving the company’s PPI Business System.

Supports the M&A process, including analysis of possible acquisition/partnership targets aligned with strategic goals.

Is an active participant and influential member of the team, demonstrating the 4i Values and supporting a high performance culture.

Minimum Requirements/QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA preferred.

Outstanding commercial and business insight; an ability to recognize growth opportunities and capitalize on them

Experience with strategy development and analysis of business situations, competitive profiles and pricing analysis. Experience of closing licensing, partnership and private label agreements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence a diverse group of colleagues.

Strong leadership skills as validated by team and peer interactions.

Bias towards action, self-starter with high level of personal initiative with a continuous improvement approach.

Able to travel up to 25%
