Prior experience writing test cases and plans.Prior experience with phases of testing focusing on pre-release and pre-UAT.Prior projects where emphasis is on manual testing.Prior Hands on experience issuing and managing tickets in JIRA (or equivalent tools).Prior experience testing software applications.Document bugs in QA testing, assigning bugs back to developers and retesting issues when resolved.Experience in working with SharePoint as a document repository.Prior experience working within Agile development environments.Prior experience as a user of Dynamics / Dynamics 365.Prior experience as the final decision-maker regarding testing techniques where candidate is not simply a team lead, but the SME in testing.Lead and run Smoke Testing.Lead and run Regression testing.Lead and run Black box testing.Lead and run White box testing.Lead and run Automation testing.Experience in working with MS Office; Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have: Prior experience documenting AS-IS business processes.
