Title: Business Analyst

Location: Trenton, NJ

Duration: Long Term

Note: This is a hybrid role, candidates must work onsite 3 days/week.

Skills Required:Prior experience as an application development Business Analyst. Prior experience meeting with Project Stakeholders, SMEs and Business Users to gather and document as-is and to-be processes and requirements.Prior experience translating business requirements into functional and technical design documentation.Experience in working with MS Office, Microsoft Visio, Word and Excel.Hands on experience with tracking systems (i.e. JIRA, Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tools) to document Epic Stories, tasks and other documentation.Experience with coordinating and conducting UAT with business users and technical team.

Nice to have:Prior functional and hands on experience with Configuring Dynamics 365 Apps, Tables, Attributes, List Views, Form Views, Security.Microsoft Dynamics 365 Out of the box Configuration (tables, forms, lists, workflows, business process flows, web resources, users and security).Prior functional experience packaging Dynamics 365 solutions and deploying them to higher instances (QA, UAT, Prod).Experience working with SharePoint 2016 or Online as user. (Sites, Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions).SharePoint Online integration of Dynamics 365.Dynamics 365 Portal Design.
