Job Title: Azure Container (Kubernetes) Cloud Support Engineer Location: Redmond, WA Job Description: 3 years of support or equivalent experience including a customer facing or customer support role Azure Skills:

  • Experience in Windows OSs & Azure IaaS services (Cloud experience preferred)
  • Deploying an AKS cluster
  • Configuring and Managing Storage in Kubernetes
  • Pushing the image to Azure Container registry
  • Dealing with Stateful applications in Kubernetes
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Azure application gateway
  • Updating and Roll ing back the application to previous versions
  • Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
  • Experience in Azure Storage Page Blobs, File shares, Managed Disks and Disk Encryption
  • Troubleshoot Disk throttling issues and performance issues on Customers Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Clusters
  • Windows & Linux Operating Systems knowledge
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, NAT and basic Azure Networking concepts
  • Familiarity on Availability Sets, Availability Zones and VM Scale sets
  • Understanding of the OSI model and related concepts
  • Cross-team collaboration
  • Logical and Critical thinking
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and good in prioritizing
  • Able to demonstrate well and explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical clients
