Responsibilities# Maintain deep knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes and best practices.# Manage client relationships and expectations through a sound communication process# Stay current with client needs and strategies utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to share updates and findings# Create project documentation and engage with Project Management, Systems Requirements, Design and Development, Quality Assurance,# Participate in the Discovery phase to come up with the Functional Architecture of the application# Collaborate with technical architects and UX designers and provide necessary guidance# Refine and come up with high level functional stories that need to part of implementation phase Skills# Should have 10-15 years experience as Functional consultant# Minimum of 5-6 years as consultant in Pharma domain# Good knowledge and understanding of various processes in Pharma, lifecycle of Trials and Drugs# Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle# Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills# Experience of having worked in offshore onsite engagements (at client location) is desirable# Must be organized and detail oriented# Team player with the willingness ability to work in a collaborative environment
