- Sr. Project Manager for a 6 month consulting role with the expectation of extension.
- Location: 100% remote- EST time zone working hours, local to NJ preferred
- Drive implementation for 3rd party Data Governance SaaS solution and support related Vendor activities
- Manage project portfolio to create a master reference data repository with the goal of standardizing data across the organization
- Manage stakeholder expectations to ensure ownership and success
- Facilitate smooth working relationships between business and IT team with effective and efficient communication to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
- Employ and enforce formalized project management processes, such as issues management, risks and Budget management
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; present and manage changes to project structure, scope and delivery timeframes
- Ensure the overall success of the project by being accountable for all aspects of the project and providing overall project transparency
- Provide high level executive reports and detailed updates on a continuous basis for the project
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of Data Governance SaaS solution
- Contribute to Project Management Office responsibilities as assigned
- Facilitates continuous communication and dialogue between teams where dependencies and integration points exist
- 5+ years of project management experience with experience managing multiple projects
- Strong organization skills, detail oriented and ability to document and maintain project status
- Ability to drive consensus, coordinate with internal and external projects teams to overcome roadblocks
- Experience with Agile SDLC, running Scrum ceremonies and using Jira
- Strong Stakeholder communication skills
- Experience proactively identifying road-blocks and resolving issues with competing priorities
- Experience in P&C Insurance or Reinsurance a plus
