MDMS is recruiting for an Audit Manager for a New Jersey based bank. You will be responsible for leading audits across the bank (and working on credit-focused audits). You will also supervise an Audit team to ensure that audit policies and procedures are carried out appropriately. Please note that this is a hybrid role, 3 days per week on site. Requirements:- 5+ years of Audit experience at a bank or financial firm.- Strong Project Management and Risk Management skills. - Strong communication skills and ability to oversee Management Action plans. - Advanced knowledge of Audit Reports, Audit Functions, Audit Processes, etc.- Advanced knowledge of credit and lending is a must! - Experience in the banking sector is required. - Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Finance, or a related field.- Financial/Audit Certifications such as: CIA, CPA, CFE, CFSA, CISA, CAMS.
