Our client has an immediate need for a

Project Manager, who will be responsible for running Technology workstream projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • 3 – 5 Years of experience working on software implementation projects such as: Fusion Center/SW or Room Schedule SW
  • Experience in business analysis
  • Experience working within PMO
  • Experience with software implementation projects
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Project
  • Banking experience is a plus
  • Certification in Six Sigma is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management is a plus
  • Certification Associate in Project Management is a plus

Responsibilities:
  • Leading projects as assigned by the Program Director. This includes full responsibility from analysis to implementation of the project
  • Ensuring that projects are completed in a timely manner and that commitment is made on the part of the project team members
  • Reporting on the progress of projects to management
  • Coordinating with the users to test new applications/solutions and report any problems to ISD or the vendor (this includes Release and Conversion testing)
  • Analyzing user requests and documenting their needs
  • Making recommendations for new solutions or replacement of existing systems based on the needs of the bank
  • Contacting vendors to coordinate presentations of new products
  • Analyzing the products and making recommendations to implement the new products
  • Providing post-implementation support once a project is implemented
  • Communicating with the users to inform them of system enhancements
  • Assisting with business requirement document
  • Hosting meetings, capturing minutes, notes, and action items
  • Managing and monitoring triple constraints (Cost, Schedule, Scope) of project schedule
