Position: Product Manager.

Location: Weehawken, NJ.

Role : Fulltime.
  • Gather, Analyse and document the Business Requirements and Functional Specification and document within Jira.
  • Liaison with multiple stakeholders including client representatives and pod members
  • Provide functional test cases to Pod members involved in Functional Testing
  • Review the QA results in Integration testing
  • Participate and Support users in UAT
  • Exposure within Financial Services
  • Worked within an Agile environment
  • Experience of facing off with Senior Management and maintaining effective working relationships across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • Actively seeks opportunities / challenges broader than current scope of role
  • Actively seeks out new opportunities for self-development and career development
  • Helps to create a positive work environment that builds trust, finds innovative ways to improve teamwork
  • Domain experience relevant to specific Stream as follows:
  • Digital Platform – Worked on Financial Services end-client facing portals and applications.
  • Money Movement – Experience of Financial Services payment transactions (money in, money out, bill payments etc.), experience of Financial Services payment protocols (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS etc.) or Fintech payments systems (PayPal, Apple Pay etc.)
  • Client On-boarding – Experience of Financial Services client on-boarding journeys or Document management Systems.
  • Cards – Experience of Retail Banking Credit Card processing including Card application management and transaction management.
