Electrical Engineer, SeniorThe Challenge:What if you could use your engineering skills to transform DoD defense systems? As an electrical engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to evaluating and developing mortar weapon and fire control systems. We're looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to modernize defense systems.Our team develops innovative solutions for the Warfighter. That's why we need you, an electrical engineer, with a solid background in systems engineering, to help us design, develop, and integrate mortar weapon and fire control systems. You'll develop your skills in systems engineering while continuing to expand your experience in program management. You'll directly impact defense by using your electrical engineering expertise to develop solutions that improve system lethality, performance, survivability and safety across systems. We'll look to you to share your electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in electrical subsystems, while broadening your skillset into areas like electro-mechanical and subsystem integration.Empower change with us.You Have:-5+ years of experience with electrical engineering-Experience with systems engineering (SE) processes, including planning, designing, or leading projects-Knowledge of planning, programming, and budgeting risk management process-Ability to obtain a security clearance-BA or BS degreeNice If You Have:-Experience with providing technical direction for system development, production, integration, or life cycle management programs-Knowledge of programmatic management tools-Secret clearance-MA or MS degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
