Job Title: Engagement/ Sales Manager Location: Whippany, NJ Type of Hire: Full-Time Permanent Job Responsibilities
- Foster positive relationships with our customers as their primary point of contact Help clients plan projects effectively
- Work with Engineering Delivery team to measure project progress client success
- Ensure that contract terms and conditions are met
- Identify up serving opportunities
- Address customer issues with speed and efficiency
- Work with sales other in house teams to generate new business
- Manage invoices and payments for assigned customers
- Prepare reports on project performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Customer centric approach Proven experience as an Engagement Manager Sharp business acumen Problem solving aptitude Strong organizational and multitasking skills Background in sales and customer service is a plus Project management experience required Proficient in MS Office and CRM project management software Graduate degree required Business degree preferred
- Banking background, prefer Capital Markets background.
