Description

• Expert in the core product and competition; serve as product vendor point of contact.

• Act as the practice management software Subject Matter Expert and owner of system adoption, data integrity, anticipate and address system issues early, and work directly with vendor to fully utilize the software / core product.

• Provide training to corporate team, Franchise Owners, and users on practice management and other software for smooth conversion and adoption / usage.

• Manage Product Specialist and helpdesk results.

• Administer release process and roll-out.

• Maintain system configurations and adapt them as industry needs evolve.

• Apply product and client expertise to prioritize needs and manage vendor delivery on product performance, ux/ui, and feature improvements; manage issues log and product tickets.

• Develop and maintain training and resource strategy that empowers clients' independent learning and problem-solving and effectively scales support.

• Support definition of the product strategy and roadmap.

• Deliver MRDs (Market Requirements Document) and PRDs (Product Requirements Document) with prioritized features and corresponding justification for organization adoption and implementation.

• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

• Develop, analyze and report on system data within the practice management system and other software that supports the goals of the organization.
  • Manage integrations and vendor relationships for successful use and implementation of practice management software.
  • Run beta and pilot programs with new products ideas and features.
  • Provide product updates to network, management, Franchise Development and Board to provide transparency on performance and products ability to meet brand needs, and promote benefits and adoption.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree / Master's Preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Systems or related field and 5-7+ years of related work experience a plus
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in Product Management and Operations Roles
  • Healthcare experience, working with clinical data; understanding of HIPAA and electronic visit verification
  • Experience with large systems implementation, customer conversion, product adoption and customer success
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Technical background, with experience in Franchise Systems, data analysis product enhancements, vendor management and backlog prioritization
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Ability to succeed under pressure, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
  • Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, and unpredictability
  • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite specifically Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables
