About the Role: This role will work closely with the business to review and define functional and technical requirements, map process, assess and advise on solution design, as well as oversee/quality assure system development and testing for the company's Revenue Management Systems (Contracting, Govt. Pricing, Chargebacks etc.). In addition, he/she will manage post implementation support functions and processes.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide business consulting services to Revenue Management team including systems integration best practice, and process excellence principles.
  • Partner with key Finance stakeholders to identify and analyze business drivers to derive business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements.
  • Make recommendations for the improvement, optimization and evolution of the Revenue Management systems as business needs change.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Subject Matter Expert with 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Management systems, Contracting (Commercial & Government), Chargebacks & Rebates, and Government Pricing.
  • Well versed with design and configuration of Model N platform -full Revenue Management system implementations in pharma industry is a must.
  • Leads and manages the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of Revenue Management systems, including applications, integrations and infrastructure upgrades in conjunction with business process owners and infrastructure teams.
  • Bachelor degree in the field of computer science, data science, information science, management information systems, health science or business administration or equivalent experience relevant to this position. Advanced degree considered a plus.
  • Strong business analysis skill and experience, including development of business/IT vision and strategy, requirements definition, process modeling, and operating model design.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems Development Life Cycle standards - Agile/Scrum experience, strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Revenue management business functions including principles, practices, and procedures.
