Sr BI Analyst

Our client is looking for a Sr BI Analyst for their NNJ offices. The right candidate will be responsible for: Helping uncover insights and drive business results using smarter data analytics. Working closely with the business, they will be responsible for understanding, interpreting and presenting data and findings. Managing and prioritizing multiple projects for the appropriate business unit(s) ; defining, implementing, and communicating tactics for achieving business objectives. Duties & Responsibilities • Interface with business area to identify key questions/issues/focus. • Build appropriate models, reports. dashboard to address needs and key questions and perform assessments/statistical analysis using variety of analytics tools. • Monitor, track, and interpret data, information, and metrics. • Develop appropriate presentation of information to business and assist in business efforts to derive action items from results • Facilitate the communication and translation of business user requirements and solutions between the Business and internal IT. • Effectively manage multiple priorities and collaborate with peers to share learnings, core processes, systems, and best practices. • Cultivate teamwork by facilitating cross department communication. Requirements • Master's or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • Five (5) years of experience in a related role. • Proficiency in visualization and analytic tools, enterprise reporting, data modeling and integration, and analytical techniques (Tableau, Python, SQL). • Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, facts, and technical information to management, as well as other internal customers. • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in the fast paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely communicate ideas, facts, and technical information to management, as well as other business users.
