UI/UX Designer
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677Duration: Full time role local nearby to Woodcliff lake New jersey and onsite work Job Functions, Essential Duties, And ResponsibilitiesDeeply learn and understand current product lines, customer experiences and businessdevelopment plans.• Perform user research and develop information architecture, user goals, journeymaps, and design wireframes and visual interfaces.• Create compelling interactive experiences and continuously elevate the customerexperience.• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel perfect execution across all deliverables.• Work with various stakeholders to gain insights into the business and projectobjectives• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps. Experience, Skills, Knowledge RequirementsBachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.5+ years of progressive, related work experience and a commitment to creatingoutstanding user experiences.Track record of success with cross-functional teams, including engineering teams. Theability to drive clarity and efficient problem solving.Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flowsand site maps, and using data to influence design.Deep background with Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design andwire-framing tools.Exceptional visual design skills and thorough understanding of user-system interaction.Work experience using an Agile/Scrum development process and applying modulardesign principles.Capacity to thrive in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects and meetingtight deadlines.Stellar organizational, analytic and communication skills, and the ability to methodicallysolve problems across teams.An energetic, agile-minded, optimistic, pragmatic and collegial team-player.local nearby to Woodcliff lake New jersey and onsite workVacancy expired!
