BDA Architecture, an award-winning design and build firm specializing in animal care facilities is looking for a friendly and energetic person to join our team. The primary functions of this position are to assist, and back-up the Accounting Managers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced and versatile person with accounting and office administration experience. We are specifically looking for someone who can understand, input, and reconcile all types of accounts and transactions. This position includes, but is not limited to AR, AP, and payroll entries and processing. The ideal candidate for this position needs a strong background in all office administration duties and procedures and an understanding of the full accounting cycle.
Compensation: Pay will be on an hourly basis, and rate will depend on experience. Our benefits package is outstanding and for those qualifying with the minimum number of hours includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, vacation pay, holiday pay & retirement. We also issue annual bonuses and merit salary raises depending on employee performance.
Qualifications:
High school graduate;
Associate degree in accounting;
Preferred three to five years of proven accounting/bookkeeping experience
Two to four years of experience in QuickBooks;
Excellent computer skills in Excel and Word.
