TMC, Inc. is searching for an International Operations Accountant to join us in providing services in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Duties will include: Manage international reconciliation of Russian proprietary 1C Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software with the corporate Deltek ERP software; Reconcile balance sheet accounts for international operations including overseas bank accounts, advance accounts, vacation liability, payroll liability, tax authority liability, overhead expense, and fringe benefit expense accounts; Support all audit requests for international operations with data and analysis; Serve as TMCs designated International Specialist for former Soviet Union countries, assisting TMC corporate accounting with verification and substantiation of international labor laws, employment contracts and office registrations.
Education Required
Bachelors Degree. Two years of related business experience for each year of education will be accepted in lieu of Bachelors Degree.
Experience Required
2 years experience as general accounting clerk in government contracting industry in a multicurrency environment, including accounts payable/receivable transactions, and payroll transaction processing.
Special Knowledge/Skills Required
1C Enterprise Accounting Suite, Deltek Costpoint (multicurrency module), Deltek Cognos, Deltek Time, labor and payroll regulations for FSU countries.
