Title: Quality Support Technician (2nd Shift) Location: Albuquerque , NMStart date: ASAPResponsibilities:This position involves daily laboratory testing of food products. The position requires significant attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Preferred skills based on previous laboratory experiences which would include:

Follow lab and plant safety requirements

Accurate weighing, pipetting and quantitative transfer of solutions and samples, ability to safely work with hazardous compounds, preparation of solutions

Operation of lab equipment; and basic equipment troubleshooting.

Operate and maintain a laboratory as part of a team.

Organize workload to maximize result output and meet deadlines.

Conduct analytical testing analysis

Adhere to QA/QC requirements.

Maintain a work environment that complies with safety rules.

Communicate with Operations and FSQ on issues

Requirements:2-Year Degree [OR]

High School Degree with 1-3 years of directly relatable experience

Technical Excellence, Judgment and Problem Solving, Flexibility and Adaptability, Delivering Results, Collaboration and Teamwork, Integrity.

Must work well in a team setting.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to organize workload and maintain proper documentation.

Basic mechanical skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Display flexibility based on changing business and laboratory needs.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Proficiency in basic Word, Excel, and MQIS preferred.

Must be able to remain standing for minimum of 2 hours.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
