There is currently an opening for an Area Supervisor within the Ready-to Eat grocery division for Asian style food. Candidate is responsible for all areas of operations within set area to reinforce, direct and implement policies and procedures to field employees. Along with maintaining and increasing our standards of customer service, desired individual would be able responsible for driving team performance, setting sales goals, training and developing team members.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Setting sales targets and driving profits and sales
Driving individual and team performances in product quality, customer service, sanitation and product compliance.
Ability to develop strong working relationship with team members and retail service partners.
Ability to visit units regularly to inspect operations
Ability to effectively communicate with team members, corporate offices and retail service partners.
Resolve any customer and service partners satisfaction related issues
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of management experience
Sushi experience preferable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Decision Making ability and a sense of responsibility
Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at different management levels
Strong Organizational, planning and problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task with different projects and meet deadlines
Proven ability to mentor and develop successful team members
Must be creative, flexible and able to work under pressure
ServSafe Manager certified
Valid Drivers license, reliable transportation and insurance
Ability to travel
