We are seeking an experienced Estate Housekeeper for a private estate in the Santa Fe area. This position will work with the Estate Manager and Estate Coordinator in a hands on role to maintain the cleanliness of the estate and buildings. This includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen area. This position may be asked to provide food and beverage service and co-coordinate other hospitality aspects at the estate during owner or guest visits.
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience working as a housekeeper. This person must have knowledge in detailed cleaning procedures and safe and proper use of cleaning agents. Previous experience working around sensitive and fragile fabrics, silver, gold, ivory, antiques and artwork is preferred.
We are looking for somebody to work 32 - 40 hours per week. Typically schedule will be Monday - Friday but weekend work may be required from time to time.
