All restaurant staff must work with professionalism and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will be flexible, thrive by being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented community and have a passion for helping others.
As a Server, the position is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the dining room to ensure all residents receive their preferences in both food and beverages. Servers will assist residents when necessary through the salad bar or beverage station and ensure the dining room is properly cleaned and set to meet resident expectations. Servers must be able to clearly communicate and understand residents preferences and have knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content. Previous experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Shifts may vary and include evenings and/or weekends.
