We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Director to manage the day to day operations of all departments of a state licensed Assisted Living in Albuquerque.
Ideal candidate has the below qualifications:
Current New Mexico Assisted Living License
Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening
Proven ability to lead teams and provide mentoring to team leaders
5 years' experience in the senior care industry
5 years' experience supervisory experience (senior living preferred)
Can ensure the delivery of quality care and services and promotes positive resident and family relationship.
Must have an understanding of budgeting, financial record keeping and reporting
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
Work efficiently with little to no supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Patient and compassionate in dealing with senior citizens
Trustworthy and dependable
