DD Waiver agency seeks experienced Service Coordinators. Experience coordinating in CCS and Family Living is preferred, but any coordinating experience on the DD Waiver will be considered.
Must be VERY comfortable with digital documentation and working with computers - scanning, uploading, filing,
working in Word and Spreadsheets
A constant level of performance will be measured and must be maintained for employment. You must be comfortable working in such an environment.
