Some auto parts knowledge
Computer experience
Ability to arrive at work on time
Great attitude

Bi-Lingual additional pay
Customer phone support
Ecommerce / Internet knowledge (Ebay, etc)
Reynolds & Reynolds experience
Dealership parts catalog
Microsoft Office applications
Any internet Knowledge (SEO, PPC, Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Wordpress, etc.)
